Our Story
When I became a mother for the first time I was not prepared for the responsibility of teaching my son the important skill of sleep. With all the preparation of welcoming a newborn into our home it didn’t occur to me to prepare myself on how an infant’s sleep evolves and what I needed to do to ensure that my son develop healthy sleep habits. Through much of my own research I learned that unhealthy sleep habits don’t just get better on their own; you need to work with your child – as sleep is a skill that needs to be taught. I helped my son learn one of the most important life skills, one that he will carry into his adult life and that is one less thing I have to worry about as a parent.
As an infant and child sleep consultant my goal is to educate families on how to create healthy sleep habits and empower families to gain the confidence and skills to make educated decisions about your child’s sleep. As your child’s sleep evolves it is important to understand the sleep time-line of changes before they happen so you are prepared to make adjustments to his/her sleep habits. Well-rested children are curiously engaged in their environment and happily interact with their parents, thus strengthening that parent bond that is necessary for them to flourish during the most important years of their lives.

Babies are unique in personality and disposition. Likewise, parents are unique in their parenting philosophies and lifestyles. We will design a plan together that you feel comfortable with and I will remain right by your side to coach you and answer any questions that arise every bit of the way.
